Whether it is a yoga class, lifting weights or dancing that gives you pleasure, or maybe it’s running, going for a brisk walk or being part of a sports team, if you find it enjoyable, you’re more likely to be motivated and commit to 20-30 mins a day.
Exercise strengthens our muscles and it supports our heart, circulatory and our lymphatic systems. If we think of exercise as celebration of what our body is capable of rather than a punishment for what we eat or drink, we soon find that we begin to enjoy it.
